Mid-South Safety and Environmental offers several options for the development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans. Whether your need is that of a plan for a construction site or an industrial facility, we have got you covered. Every SWPPP developed by our firm will include a plan for site specific Best Management Practices (BMPs), along with detailed site maps and topographic maps as required. Additionally, each plan includes all inspection and record keeping materials needed for the life of each specific permit. MSSE can even conduct all required training, inspections, sampling, and plan updates.

It is not uncommon that facilities may hold permits that they struggle to comply with, or that they are unknowingly failing to comply with. A Phase I and/or Phase II Environmental Site Assessment can be an invaluable tool for individuals both buying and selling property. The goal of any ESA is to determine potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities of specific properties. A proper ESA is an extensive report that must be completed by an Environmental Professional in order to provide appropriate CERCLA liability protections. Strict guidelines set forth in international ASTM standards and the EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule must be appropriately followed. MSSE ensures that all current standards are met for any and all ESAs performed. Clients will be provided with detailed reports conducted by an Environmental Professional to ensure proper liability protections.
