Each facility is unique when it comes to what training is required in the workplace.  For instance, if you are a small distribution facility that doesn't allow employees to climb ladders or access points that would require fall protection training, then obviously that type of training wouldn't be applicable for your employees. Conversely, if you run a roofing operation with employees who are constantly exposed to fall hazards, your employees most certainly need appropriate fall protection and ladder safety training.
