Phase I & Phase II ESA

A Phase I and/or Phase II Environmental Site Assessment can be an invaluable tool for individuals both buying and selling property. The goal of any ESA is to determine potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities of specific properties. A proper ESA is an extensive report that must be completed by an Environmental Professional in order to provide appropriate CERCLA liability protections. Strict guidelines set forth in international ASTM standards and the EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule must be appropriately followed. MSSE ensures that all current standards are met for any and all ESAs performed. Clients will be provided with detailed reports conducted by an Environmental Professional to ensure proper liability protections.
