SPCC Plans with Engineer Certification

     Any facility with bulk petroleum storage of ≥ 1320 gallons is required by the EPA to develop and maintain a Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan. Mid-South Safety and Environmental ensures that our clients are provided with EPA compliant SPCC Plans, which include all necessary inspection documentation and materials. All plans are certified and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
